Preparing and moving your order

Following successful payment authorization, preparation normally takes 1–2 business days. Carrier transport begins after dispatch and is estimated at 4–6 business days. Holidays, weather or carrier events can change the timing.

When delivery needs attention

Check the street, unit and ZIP code before placing an order. For stalled tracking, a missing delivery or damaged goods, email manajaroba@gmail.com with the order and tracking numbers; retain the package and helpful photos.
