When should a parcel arrive?

After authorization, allow 1–2 business days for preparation and an estimated 4–6 business days for transport after shipment. The Shipping Policy has more detail.

Can I change my mind about an unused item?

Yes, if it qualifies as new and unused. Eligible defective items can also be reported. Begin a return or exchange request within 30 days of delivery.

How is a return mailed?

Wait for approval, then follow the supplied address instructions and use the free prepaid label included in the package. There is no restocking fee. An approved refund is initiated within 10 days; see the Refund Policy.
