Refund Policy

We accept qualifying returns of new merchandise with or without a defect and consider qualifying exchanges. Please request review within 30 days of delivery. A non-defective item must be new, unused and in its original condition; a damaged or faulty item can still be reported.

How to request review

Write to manajaroba@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and reason. Include clear images for damage, defects, a wrong item or missing parts. Get approval and the correct return address and mailing directions before posting anything.

Postage and fees

A free prepaid label is included in the parcel for an eligible mailed return. If the label is missing, ask us for help. We charge no restocking fee. Exchange fulfillment depends on the review and stock on hand.

When funds are returned

Within 10 days after approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. Statutory rights are unaffected.
